Refund policy

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging. Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Change-of-mind returns are not available for:

• Sale or clearance items
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Items that have been used, damaged or are not returned in their original condition

Our change-of-mind policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit those rights.

How to request a return: Please contact us and let us know why you would like to return your purchase. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Return shipping: If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as Rock Paper Studio cannot accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

Depending on the nature of the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where an item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong product, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear is not considered a product fault.

Processing Returns

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm the outcome by email.

For approved change-of-mind returns, store credit will be issued once the return has been processed.

For returns covered by the Australian Consumer Law, the available remedy will depend on the nature of the problem and your applicable consumer rights.
