Refund policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement, subject to the conditions below:

• Your return request must be lodged within 15 days of receiving your purchase.
• Change of mind requests made after this window won't be accepted.
• Items must be returned in original, unused, and undamaged condition.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, due to their limited availability.
• Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded, as they're made specifically for you.

How to request a return: Please initially contact us and let us know why you want to return the purchase. If a return is approved, we will provide you with next steps for returning the purchase.

Return shipping costs: If an item is faulty or we've sent you the wrong product, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. If you've simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your own expense. Rock Paper Studio isn't responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit by the shipping carrier.

How returns are processed: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect its condition before confirming your refund or replacement. If a replacement is approved, we'll email you with shipping details and an expected delivery date within 7 business days. If a refund or store credit is approved, we'll email you confirmation of the amount. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Faulty or Damaged Items: We'll replace or refund any genuinely faulty item, provided you can show proof of purchase.

Our warranty period: We offer a 30-day warranty on all Rock Paper Studio products from the date you receive them. This 30-day window reflects the timeframe in which we'd expect a genuine manufacturing fault to become apparent. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. An item can be returned as faulty if it has a defect that wasn't disclosed at the time of purchase, it's unsafe to use, it isn't durable enough for reasonable use, its appearance or finish is unacceptable. An item is not eligible for a refund as faulty if the damage appears to be the result of how it was used or the item has simply been used for an extended period of time
