The Inspiration 

DONE started as my own system. As someone always juggling multiple projects, I tried every planner I could find and none of them quite worked: too complicated, too basic, or full of gimmicks that looked good but didn't actually help. So I built my own. Every section is grounded in genuine productivity thinking, without the jargon or the fluff. I started sharing the system with others and they got results too. And now it's available as a notebook for everyone.

How many pages does DONE have?  DONE has 56 pages, giving you a complete monthly system including a monthly snapshot, habit tracker, five weekly planners and 23 daily double-page spreads. 

Is DONE dated or undated?  DONE is undated, which means you fill in the dates yourself. You can start any month, any time and you will never waste a page. 

What size is DONE?  DONE is A5 (148 x 210mm), the perfect balance of writing space and portability. It fits easily into a bag and slides straight into our Signature and Essential A5 Folios. 

Can I use any pen in DONE?  Yes. The 100gsm crisp white inner pages are substantial enough to handle ballpoint, rollerball, gel and fine-tip pens without bleed-through. We recommend testing markers and fountain pens on a spare page first as results can vary depending on the ink. 

Does DONE cover weekends?  Weekends are covered in the weekly planner, which includes a dedicated weekend block. The 23 daily double-page spreads are undated so you can use them for whichever days work for you. 

How many habits can I track?  DONE is designed for up to three habits at a time. Starting with fewer habits makes it easier to stay consistent and build momentum. 

What is the dot-grid page for?  The dot-grid page sits opposite every daily planner page and is entirely yours to use however you like. Meeting notes, ideas, sketches, brainstorms and lists. It is the reason you will stop carrying a second notebook. 

Can I start DONE mid-month?  Absolutely. Because DONE is undated you can start any day, any month, any time. There are no wasted pages and no guilt about gaps.
