INBOX A5 Task Notebook

Each line in INBOX is intentionally wide, wide enough for 2 to 3 lines of handwriting. That means a task can start as a quick note and grow over time as you add detail, updates and next steps. By the time something moves into your planner it is already thought through. 

And because every category has its own spread and every spread is indexed in the contents, you can find anything in seconds. No hunting. No flicking through pages. Just open to the right category and pick up where you left off.

Features 

The 300gsm soft-touch cover resists fingerprints and stays looking sharp. A colour-matched sewn spine means the planner lies completely flat while you write, no hand cramps, no pages springing back. Inside, 100gsm crisp white pages hold any pen cleanly. 

The Inspiration 

INBOX started as a frustration. I needed somewhere to keep my running lists organised by project, somewhere I could find things quickly and somewhere that could talk to my planner. So I built it. Simple enough to use every day. Structured enough to stay searchable. Now it works for everyone.

How does INBOX work? INBOX uses a category system. You dedicate each double-page spread to a topic or project, list it in the contents page with its page number and build your lists from there. Every page is numbered so you can find anything in seconds. 

What kind of categories can I use? Anything you need to track. Work projects, social media tasks, event planning, home to-dos, skill building, hobbies. If it generates a list, it deserves a category. 

How do I use the circle checkboxes? Write your task or idea down then fill or check the circle when it is moved to your daily planner or done. Use a dot marker for the most satisfying finish, or a simple tick. Use highlighters to flag what needs to move into your planner as a priority. 

How does INBOX work with DONE? INBOX holds everything you need to do. DONE actions it. Review your INBOX daily and weekly to add detail. Together they give you a complete system.
