There's no need to use it all at once, either. Any unspent balance stays on the card, so they can come back for the more later.

How is the gift card delivered?
By email, and delivery is free. By default the card is sent to you, so you can forward it or print the code and pop it in a card. Prefer it to go straight to the recipient? Just select "I want to send this as a gift" at checkout.

Can I send it directly to the recipient?
Yes. Tick the gift option at checkout, enter their email address, and add their name and a personal message if you like. We'll deliver it for you, on the date you choose.

Can I choose when it arrives?
Yes. When sending it as a gift, you can pick a send date at checkout. Perfect for birthdays you've remembered early, for once.

What can it be spent on?
Anything in the store: notebooks, planners, pens, paper, accessories. If we sell it, the card covers it.

Does it have to be used in one go?
No. The card can be used across multiple orders. If it isn't spent in full, the remaining balance stays on the card and can be used next time, until the balance runs out.

Does it expire?
No.

Can it be used with sale items or discount codes?
A gift card works like payment, not a discount, so yes, it can be used on sale items and with promotion codes.

Is it refundable?
Gift cards are not eligible for change of mind refunds and can't be exchanged for cash.
