Our Daily Time Blocking + Prioritisation Inserts give you two ways to organise the same day: what needs to happen and when you're going to do it.

On the left, an hourly grid runs from 6am to 9pm, divided into smaller blocks so you can map your time as precisely or loosely as you like.

On the right, tasks sit in three straightforward categories: must do, should do and could do. Each line has a circle to tick when it's done.

The two sections work together. Decide what matters, then give it a place in your day.

There's space at the top to mark the date, month and day of the week, without committing to a preprinted calendar. Use a page every day, just on workdays or only when things get particularly busy.

Thirty undated pages per pack. Add them to your binder whenever you need a little more structure.

What hours does the time blocking grid cover? The grid runs from 6am to 9pm, with smaller divisions for flexible scheduling.

Are the inserts dated? No. Circle or mark the day, month and date at the top. Start whenever you like and skip days without wasting pages.

What's the difference between this and the Daily Time Blocking + Prioritisation Grid? This version separates your schedule from your task list. The grid version puts tasks and their priority categories into a single table.

Will they fit my binder? Yes. The standard A5 six-hole pattern fits our Signature, Essential and Clear A5 binders and most other A5 six-ring systems.

Can I use any pen? The 120gsm white paper handles ballpoint, rollerball, gel and fine-tip pens without bleed-through.
